Doing Good with Good Data: The Transformation of California Human Development

Presentation to Dreamforce, the annual Salesforce conference, about the work I did at California Human Development (CHD) in the aftermath of the 2017 Northern California wildfires.

In real-time, I led needs assessments of the community and fundraised to support those needs. CHD distributed over $3 million to those impacted by wildfire and we used new systems and processes that I developed to get assistance out the door quickly and effectively.
